Chocolate pots

Serves 2.

Ingredients

  • Butter, 50 g
  • Ground almonds, 1 tbsp
  • Dark chocolate in pieces, 100 g
  • Medium egg yolk, × 1
  • Medium egg, × 1
  • Golden caster sugar,  2tbsp
  • Baileys, 4 tbsp
  • Icing sugar, to dust

Instructiions

  1. Melt the chocolate and butter together
  2. Whisk the yolk, egg and sugar until light and pale
  3. Gently fold in chocolate butter mixture, ground almonds and Baileys
  4. Divide between 2 buttered ramekins
  5. Put in oven (230°C, 210°C fan assisted) for 10 minutes
  6. Serve immediately
