Ingredients
- Butter, 50 g
- Ground almonds, 1 tbsp
- Dark chocolate in pieces, 100 g
- Medium egg yolk, × 1
- Medium egg, × 1
- Golden caster sugar, 2tbsp
- Baileys, 4 tbsp
- Icing sugar, to dust
Instructiions
- Melt the chocolate and butter together
- Whisk the yolk, egg and sugar until light and pale
- Gently fold in chocolate butter mixture, ground almonds and Baileys
- Divide between 2 buttered ramekins
- Put in oven (230°C, 210°C fan assisted) for 10 minutes
- Serve immediately
