Leek and Mushroom filling

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms - 250 g
  • Leeks - × 2 large
  • Double cream - 150 ml
  • Gruyère cheese - 75 g
  • Stock powder - 0.5 tsp

Preparation

  • Slice mushrooms and leeks
  • Take top off cream
  • Grate cheese

Instructions

  1. Fry vegetables in a little olive oil
  2. When the vegetables are soft stir in cream
  3. Add stock powder
  4. Once heated through add the cheese and wait to melt
