Ingredients
- Mushrooms - 250 g
- Leeks - × 2 large
- Double cream - 150 ml
- Gruyère cheese - 75 g
- Stock powder - 0.5 tsp
Preparation
- Slice mushrooms and leeks
- Take top off cream
- Grate cheese
Instructions
- Fry vegetables in a little olive oil
- When the vegetables are soft stir in cream
- Add stock powder
- Once heated through add the cheese and wait to melt
